Overview

When each class becomes full, a lottery must be done in order to fairly put students on a wait list. MITCH charter school has one lottery per school year to fill the upcoming kindergarten class and any vacant spots in other classes. Additional lotteries are conducted as needed. Once enrolled at MITCH, you need not re-enter a lottery. The first empty seats shall be filled by siblings, and a lottery will take place if needed for those students. In-district students (TTSD), are second priority. Out of district students are the last to fill the seats.

December 20, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. was the deadline for applications for the 2013-2014 lottery.  The lottery will be held on January 10, 2013 at our December parent meeting.  Applications are still being accepted but another lottery will only be conducted if we exhaust the waitlist from the January 10th lottery.
