Hopefully you have all received the information about Camp Week. As it states in the emails, we are asking parents to drop off and pick up their children at Magness Tree Farm on Tuesday and Wednesday. The drop off time is between 8-9 am, and the pick up time is between 2-3pm. The hour block is to help stagger arrivals and departures. If you are having a problem with transportation, please let me know.
History
The seventh (and final!) outline and rough draft for the news project is due on Monday. After that, we will be moving everything into final drafts and formatting our news reports.
Literature
We will be performing Twelfth Night’s Act 3, scenes 2 and 3 in class on Monday. Also, I asked students to begin preparing Act 3, scene 4 – it is long.
Writing
The completed rough draft for the Animal Farm final paper is due on Monday.
Science
We learned a little about dichotomous keys this week. I have asked the students to make a dichotomous tree of their own, with a minimum of 10 items on it.
