Manipulative Skills:

Balance/Stillness

Step Patterns

Identify Rules and Etiquette in activities

  • Dribble with both feet
  • Hand dribble with both feet

Perform simple dance and rythm

Know offensive and defensive roles in physical activities, games and sports.

Demonstrate movement principles     in team and individual related activities:

  • mechanics
  • speed
  • force

Execute a floor excersize that       uses these components:

  • change in direction
  • change in speed

Demonstrate one rythmic activity       in dance or aerobics.

Describe and apply principle of training.

Correct critical elements of    movement.

Demonstrate understanding of     rules, procedures and basic            strategies.

Develop personal activity goals.
