Hybrid & CDL FAQs

This document will be updated with the most recent information regarding MITCH Hybrid and CDL models. This document is subject to change as conditions and state mandates shift. We will do our best to keep our families apprised of any changes that may affect our community.

MITCH Hybrid Community Agreement

This document must be signed and submitted BEFORE your student is allowed to return to in-person learning. It addresses behavioral expectations and the state traveling advisory.

Daily Home Screening Survey (English)

This survey must be submitted BEFORE your student comes to the school building. Please check your student daily for these symptoms before they go to school.

What to do if my student has COVID-like Symptoms?

This document is a reference sheet for families if their student is displaying COVID-like symptoms. Different symptoms require different responses. Anyone exposed to COVID-19 must stay home for a minimum of 10 days.

Preparing for Hybrid To-Do List

Preparing your student to come back to school in-person will be much different than it ever has been. MITCH School Counselor, Heather Johnston, has put together a checklist to make sure your student is ready for the masking and physical distancing expectations that will be asked of them.
